Innovation and Intellectual Property Management (IIPM) Laboratory

We are very pleased to welcome Kristin Gisa to the IIPM team as visitor. 

Kristin is a Ph.D. student in Management at the University of Münster, Germany, and a research associate at the Institute for Entrepreneurship in the Center for Management. Her research focuses on green manufacturing and its impact on innovation performance. In particular, she analyzes annual reports and patent data from U.S. Standard & Poor’s 500 index companies. 

She holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Nordakademie and a M.Sc. in Management and Engineering from the University of Lüneburg, both in Germany. She gained practical experience as a working student at Beiersdorf during her studies. She also spent a semester abroad at the UCES in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In addition, she worked as an innovation and product marketing manager at Kendrion and as a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting.
