Innovation and Intellectual Property Management (IIPM) Laboratory

We have completed a number of IP- and innovation-focused consulting projects for a range of companies across different industries and governmental organisations, such as the European Commission and different patent offices, e.g. the European Patent Office.

During more than 20 years experience working with patent data we have conducted a range of analysis, include comparative country/ regional-level analysis of geopolitical technology races (e.g. future EV battery technology), contribution identification of actors to the development of novel technologies (e.g. climate change adaptation in low- and middle-income countries), regional innovation cluster mapping (e.g. UK additive manufacturing landscaping), regional inventor activity performance (e.g. in Northern Germany), collaboration and network analysis of emerging technologies (e.g. care robotics).

If you have specialist needs for IP-focused consulting or conducting advanced patent-data analysis, please feel free to contact us.
