The talk is organised by the University's Maxwell Centre jointly with Cambridge Network. In his talk Frank summarised the main findings from our recently published IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management paper "Crisis-Critical IP", he introduced the key concepts we proposed in that paper (Crisis-Critical products, CC-sectors and CC-IP), discussed the incumbents and new entrants perspectives / scenarios during highly dynamic times that alter industrial organisations, shared insights into his involvement with the Open Covid Pledge and discussed some initial findings that are potentially relevant for policy makers (incentive focused use of IP policy and access driven IP policies).
