We are delighted to welcome three new visiting researchers to the IIPM Laboratory.
Dr Dolores Modic (second from left) is an Associate Professor at the Division of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Nord University Business School, Norway. Her research explores technology transfer, intellectual property rights (including IP management), and sustainability and circular economy.
Gülfem Özmen (second from right) is a visiting PhD researcher from LUT University, Finland. Her work examines the Internet of Things (IoT), standardisation, and patent licensing, with a particular interest in the role of patent attorneys and law firms in SEP licensing negotiations.
Yulan Shen (right side) is a late-stage PhD student at Zhejiang University, co-supervised by Professor Simon Collinson. Her research focuses on international patenting and litigation, contributing to the growing intersection between global innovation management and IP strategy.
We are very glad to have Dolores, Gülfem, and Yulan joining our community and look forward to their collaborations and contributions to ongoing projects within the IIPM Lab.
