Frank Tietze and Graham Bell are delivering an IP strategy training programme for Enterprise Estonia, structured around the road-mapping based IP strategy development process. The programme is designed to support participating firms in formulating robust, forward-looking IP strategies tailored to their technological and commercial ambitions.
The programme consists of three one-day workshops held in Tallinn, complemented by online mentoring sessions that enable the companies to refine their insights between workshops.
Frank and Graham recently completed the third and final workshop and are now working with the nine participating firms to synthesise the outcomes into coherent IP strategies.
During the same trip, they also visited Tartu, where they met two of the participating companies on site. These visits offered an opportunity to learn more about the companies’ technologies, challenges, and strategic priorities, and to deepen the engagement beyond the workshop setting.
